IMPORTANT NOTES (read before buying):
It is best to make your Surgeon (or their staff) aware of your intention to use the Lid Lift Goggle prior to purchase. Depending on the Surgeon, they may or may not be familiar with the product. If needed, you are welcome to direct them to www.LidLiftGoggle.com and/or email Support@LidLiftGoggle.com for any questions.
If you have the Lid Lift Goggle shipped to you, be sure to bring it with you the day of surgery. They may be able to assist you with placing the Lid Lift Goggle post-op.
After you "Add To Cart", you will have the opportunity to provide the date you need delivery.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing the order. A separate email will be sent with shipment tracking details. Lid Lift Goggles are generally shipped out (from Utah) within 1 business day of order.
Important Note to U.S. Buyers. Please place your order 3 or more business days prior to the date you need delivered. Buyers with more expedited delivery requests will receive an electronic invoice via email for an additional $50 fee. Lid Lift Goggle will do their best to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee expedited delivery by your requested date. When shipped, you will receive an automated email with shipment tracking details. Please do not contact Lid Lift Goggle for further clarification on this policy or delivery status.
Important Note to Buyers outside of the United States. Please place your order 7 (or more) days prior to the date you need delivered. We will reverse your order and issue a full refund if the delivery date (requested in "Cart") is less than 7 days.
Eye Pads. As noted in the Instructions, you will need a small supply of oval eye pads. Lid Lift Goggle does not supply. Check with your surgeon (they often have a supply) or you can purchase separately. We recommend "Dynarex sterile oval eye pads, 1-5/8 inch x 2-5/8 inch".
Returns/Refunds. Returns available for unused Lid Lift Goggles. Refunds provided less a $25 restocking fee. Shipping costs not refunded. Refund processed after product returned and inspected for restocking. Please contact Support@LidLiftGoggle.com to initiate return process and we will provide return shipping address.
